Description
Three honeys that don't come from fields or gardens. Forest honey from old Lithuanian woodland, wild raspberry from untended clearings, heather from open heathlands during a bloom that lasts a few weeks and then it's done.
They couldn't taste more different. Forest is dark and earthy with a depth that builds slowly. Heather is dense, intensely floral and not for the faint hearted. Wild raspberry is light and delicate, the one that keeps surprising people. Together they cover a range that most people haven't explored yet.
All three raw, all three from baltic beekeepers, nothing added.
